{"id":1638,"date":"2020-08-23T20:26:53","date_gmt":"2020-08-23T20:26:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mminmn.com\/wp\/?p=1638"},"modified":"2020-08-23T20:38:27","modified_gmt":"2020-08-23T20:38:27","slug":"no-miracle-is-coming","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/mminmn.com\/wp\/2020\/08\/23\/no-miracle-is-coming\/","title":{"rendered":"No miracle is coming?"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"_2cuy _3dgx _2vxa\">I heard this man\u2019s speech saying: \u201cNo miracle is coming\u2026I will protect you&#8230;\u201d and \u201cAs God\u2019s people, each of us has a purpose in our lives&#8230;\u201d<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"_2cuy _3dgx _2vxa\">In the beginning, I was confused about his words. I wonder if he believes in the true and only God, who is able to do miracles, why he says there\u2019s no miracle coming? If he believes the true and only God, won&#8217;t he say God will protect you rather than I will protect you? Then I remember the Bible says \u201c<span class=\"_4yxo\">I said, \u2018 you are \u201cgods\u201d, you are all sons of the Most High. But you will die like mere men, you will fall like every other ruler.<\/span>\u2019\u201d (Psalms 82:6-7)<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"_2cuy _3dgx _2vxa\">Therefore, either this man believes a \u201cgod\u201d which is not the true God because the true God is the Creator of the universe and is able to do miracles; or he is seeing himself as a god who wants and thinks he can control his own life and even protect others.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"_2cuy _3dgx _2vxa\">The Bible says: <span class=\"_4yxo\">But God said to him, \u2018You fool! This very night your life will be demanded from you. Then who will get what you have prepared for yourself?<\/span>\u2019 (Luke 12:20). Sadly, since he is a mere man who will die, he indeed needs Jesus Christ&#8217;s help to see a miracle is coming, which his life itself is a miracle given by the gracious God.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Prayer:<\/div>\n<div>Lord God, Jesus Christ, may you open this man&#8217;s eyes and give him a humble heart to see he needs your help to see You are the true God who is able to do miracles so that he won&#8217;t fool himself to think he can protect himself and others. May God reveal to him that You are the Most High, the Lord of lords, the God of gods, so that he may humble himself to seek You. In Jesus Christ&#8217;s name.
