God is training me,
To be an overcomer,
To defeat the evil lies,
To destroy the devil’s works.
To counteract the sinful influence.
By His blood, shed on the cross,
By my faith in Christ Jesus,
Through my prayer and intercession,
By the power of the Holy Spirit.
So I come to the throne of God,
Lay down all my requests,
Wait in alert and expectation,
Watch His actions,
Proclaim all His glory and wonders,
To present the way to eternal life,
And claim the victory He ordains.
