When my child’s self pity cries,
My savior mode ignites,
But its heaviness of rushing help,
Seem to overwhelm his anxious mind.
I repent for my pride,
Turn to God for help our fragile souls.
Only cry out to Him for His great power,
Praise Jesus Christ for being my son’s only Savior.
